We offer connection installation for water, sewer, stormwater, and other utilities from the main to the property boundary. We can install ducts for gas, telecom and power at the same time to save cost and disturbance installing these services at a later date.

Blackley Construction Ltd is a Palmerston North City Council approved contractor meaning we can work in the road area and make connections to the Councils assets.

East Coast Utilities Ltd is approved by Unison for electrical work around the Hawkes Bay area.

Water Supply
This is one of the companies specialist areas and we have ensured that we keep up to date with the latest developments and materials available in this industry. We have worked with 30mm to 600mm pipes in a range of materials including uPVC, mPVC, PE and ABS. We also have staff trained to use ductile iron and concrete lined steel.

Sanitary Sewer
We have considerable experience installing sewer mains and laterals. We have undertaken a number of new installations as well as upgrades and repair works. We have laid pipes from 100mm to 375mm but any size is possible.

Storm Water
Likewise we also have experience installing stormwater mains and laterals from 100mm to 1.2m diameter, as well as kerbing, channels and sumps.

We have experience laying cables in a wide range of situations ranging from our Wind Farm trenching projects to urban power main installations and rural power connections.

We are also often able to make use of our Trenchless Solutions to install cables in areas that would otherwise be too expensive or too disruptive to install a cable by open trench methods.

Conduit can be installed either by open trench or trenchless methods to install services such as power, gas, telecom or fibre.
